In addition to his full-time Partner-level role leading the human capital practice in KPMG, he has served in many not-for-profit Boards at the National and corporate level.
During the course of his professional HR career, Stephen has been recognised in the national HR fraternity as a significant contributor in HR. In 2010, he received the National HR Leader of the Year Award at the Singapore HR Awards 2010. The award was conferred by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
